WHOLE BOOK SCANNING
Our price for scanning printed books up to size A4 while preserving the binding is $4/page. It includes page cropping and rotation, with resolution up to 600dpi. We can apply OCR (making the text searchable) to suitable documents. The output file format can be JPEG, TIFF or Multi-page PDF. Turnaround time depends on the scale of a project. LARGE VOLUME DOCUMENT SCANNING
(Min. $500/project)
Document scanning pricing ranges from HK$ 0.39/page for projects over 100,000 pages up to $1/page for smaller projects. The minimum project cost is HK$500. Documents that require flatbed scanning (i.e. cannot pass through ADF) incur additional fees. File indexing is based on the order of delivered boxes and can be customized to meet client needs. Complex file indexing and data extraction are not included in the basic prices. While shredding the documents is free of charge, document storage can be quoted upon request.
